Constitutional and Administrative Law is one of the Dutch-taught specialisations of the Master’s in Law. There are two important features of this specialisation. Firstly, a conscious decision has been made to integrate constitutional law and administrative law, and to study these two areas as a whole, rather than as two separate elements. The programme focuses attention on the interaction between national and European law and the challenge this poses for our national law.
