Company law is one of the Dutch-taught specialisations of the Master’s in Law. This specialisation is primarily structured for students who wish to prepare for a career in business, possibly international business, in commercial legal practice or the international banking sector. The specialisation in Company Law is characterised by the cross-border nature of the subjects offered. There is a continual emphasis on the increasing internationalisation of corporate business, and on the effect of European and international influences on national law.
