The Master’s in Notarial Law is primarily structured to suit students who want to become a notary public. In this master’s the emphasis is on the principles of property law and its significance for the way in which the notary fulfils his role in society in applying and realising civil and fiscal law. The influence of the civil law research programme on Issues of Property Law, sub-programme Constitutionalisation, transnationalisation and the Uniformity of Dutch property law is also clearly apparent within the teaching.
