The MSc track Chemistry and Education prepares students for a career in teaching Chemistry. This programme is adequate to obtain a teaching qualification needed for teaching at all levels in Dutch high schools (the so-called eerstegraads lesbevoegdheid).
The MSc specialisation in Chemistry and Education prepares students for a career in teaching chemistry. This programme is adequate to obtain a teaching qualification needed for teaching at all levels in Dutch high schools (the so-called eerstegraads lesbevoegdheid).
The Master’s specialisation in Chemistry and Education comprises a one-year chemistry research component (in English) and a one-year education component (in Dutch). In the chemistry research component students have a choice of three major research areas:
- Biological Chemistry
- Design & Synthesis
- Physical & Theoretical Chemistry
