Criminal Law and Criminology is one of the Dutch-taught specialisations of the Master’s in Law. The science of criminal law in Leiden considers the criminal law system and criminal policy, that takes place within a constantly shifting national and international legal and social context, from the perspective of the principles of this system and from the legal policy needed to make this system possible.

Gedurende de master Straf- en Strafprocesrecht zul je te maken krijgen met verschillende professoren en docenten. De belangrijkste docenten zijn:
