Criminal Law and Criminology is one of the Dutch-taught specialisations of the Master’s in Law. The science of criminal law in Leiden considers the criminal law system and criminal policy, that takes place within a constantly shifting national and international legal and social context, from the perspective of the principles of this system and from the legal policy needed to make this system possible.
