Metabolic Enzyme visualized in living tissue
This week in Nature Chemistry & Biology: Researchers from Leiden University and the Amsterdam Medical Centre have developed a method for making the enzyme GBA1 visible in living cells. Patients with Gaucher disease have a deficiency of this enzyme.
