First two Master's degrees awarded in Industrial Ecology

On 31 March, in the faculty room of the Faculty of Science in the Academy Building, Elias de Valk and Gerald Wegh were awarded the first two Master’s degrees in Industrial Ecology. ‘The whole sustainability sector is now open to me,’ says De Valk, who was the first person to complete the interdisciplinary Leiden-Delft degree programme.
